I am Sarah, the heart and spirit behind Queen Empyrean. I am a coach, intuitive guide, and energy healer from New Jersey. My journey began with deep personal transformation, born out of struggle, resilience, and a divine calling to create something greater than myself.
Queen Empyrean is more than a brand. It is a movement rooted in lived experience, intuition, and faith. My mission is to help others break free from mental captivity, heal old wounds, and step into the truth of who they are meant to be.
Here, spirituality meets grounded action. Through rituals, intuitive sessions, energy healing, and heart-centered coaching, I provide tools that are both mystical and practical. These offerings are designed to help you align, empower, and ascend.
The name carries my story. “Queen” was the name given to me as a child. “Empyrean” means the highest part of heaven. Together, they symbolize the journey home, the journey to your highest self.

1. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a partnership designed to support personal growth, mindset alignment, and life transformation.
The client understands that coaching:
• is not therapy
• is not medical treatment
• is not psychological counseling
• is not financial or legal advice
Coaching is intended to support personal development and empowerment.
If you require medical, psychological, legal, or financial services, you agree to seek help from a licensed professional in those fields.
2. Client Responsibility
The client understands that they are fully responsible for their:
• decisions
• actions
• mental and emotional wellbeing
• results
The client acknowledges that the coach cannot guarantee specific results.
The client agrees to:
• communicate honestly
• be open to feedback and guidance
• actively participate in the coaching process
• take responsibility for implementing what is discussed during coaching sessions
3. Coaching Scope
Coaching services provided by Queen Empyrean™ may include guidance related to:
• mindset and personal alignment
• emotional awareness
• limiting belief transformation
• confidence and personal empowerment
• life clarity and personal direction
• subconscious pattern awareness
Coaching may also incorporate tools related to Neuro Transformation Therapy™ and subconscious reprogramming techniques.
4. Confidentiality
All coaching sessions and personal information shared by the client will remain confidential unless:
• disclosure is required by law
• the client gives written permission
• there is risk of harm to the client or others
Queen Empyrean™ respects the privacy and confidentiality of every client.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Queen Empyrean™, including but not limited to:
• coaching frameworks
• exercises
• worksheets
• recordings
• written materials
• digital content
are protected under United States copyright and intellectual property laws.
These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be:
• copied
• distributed
• sold
• shared
• reproduced
without written permission from Queen Empyrean™.
6. Payments & Payment Plans
Payment for coaching services must be made prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed.
If the client chooses a payment plan, the client agrees to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation in sessions.
Payments may be processed through secure payment platforms such as:
• Stripe
• PayPal
• other approved payment systems
Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension of services.
7. Refund Policy
All coaching payments are non-refundable.
By enrolling in coaching services, the client acknowledges that they are committing to their personal growth and transformation.
Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds will not be provided once payment has been made.
8. Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions at mutually agreed times.
If a session needs to be rescheduled, at least 24 hours notice is required.
Missed sessions without notice may be considered forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The client agrees that Queen Empyrean™ and Sarah Slate are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from coaching services.
The client accepts full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and results.
